Zeek migrate in Europe?

Zeek now wants to migrate their headquarters to Europe after settlement with North Carolina Attorney General.
They purchased new office in Atlanta. They Said North Carolina have funny law. 
We are trying our best to relaunch from Atlanta with Some changes according to Atlanta's law.
